i keep skimming the title and thinking it says, "Oakland Flirtation"

and i love all the building B&W you've been sharing recently, btw. thanks!
Sweet!
This prompted me to look online for the history of flatiron buildings as I was always curious why they were constructed as such (ours was built in 1892 for $18,000). I looked online for a photo of our red brick flatiron and could not find one photo as impressive as this! This, along with your others, really should be sent to Oakland's Chamber of Commerce; I reckon they just may pay to use some of them.
